I have never had a problem with the service department in the past and overall I'm pleased with the service they did on my vehicle. What I'm not pleased with is the lack of communication from my service advisor. I had to call multiple times to find out what the status of my trust was and it was finally ready four hours later than I was told it would be. I never did get to speak to the service advisor, just the phone operator that picked up the phone for the service department

I had a low beam out when I arrived at 9:01 am At 10:00 I was told my Suburban was ready I looked at a bill for about $350 I asked if a light bulb REALLY cost $350 Adam said there was a wiring issue and it needed to be replaced, too I said OK...but why does it say 2 hours of labor when it was 59 minutes from check in to check out He said..Oh, let me fix that. (Why did THAT need to be 'fixed'?) I was so 'upset' with THIS, that I didn't even ask for a MILITARY DISCOUNT nor did I even check my light that had been the problem When I got home, I thought to check the light ...AND IT DID NOT WORK!!! I had to go BACK and do it all again! I didn't get compensated for the extra time I put in to this simple task. Not a happy camper!

Our car salesman, Ian, was fantastic and incredibly patient with us throughout the process. However, the finance department left us feeling underwhelmed. It took them an exorbitant four times to finally reach the numbers I had requested at the outset. I’m still puzzled by the unnecessary back-and-forth. To top it off, after purchasing a $51,000 car, I was deeply disappointed with the detailing that had been promised before leaving the dealership. The detailing was a complete letdown. They barely wiped down anything, leaving the floor covered with rubber mats in a desperate attempt to conceal the fact that the car wasn’t vacuumed. I left the dealership with the same dirt on the floorboards as when I first saw the car. The detailing was unimpressive.

I brought my new 2024 Suburban in for my dealership courtesy Oil change and annual Virginia safety inspection. Destany was my Service Advisor. She quickly prepared my service order. The recall work on the truck was fine, but scheduling it felt very disorganized. It was in for a week just to get the diagnostic work completed. During that time, my key was lost. After I called a number of times to schedule the recall work to be compelted, you guys finally found a loaner for me. A week later, you let me know that my truck was ready, but I had a $581 balance to cut the new key (that was lost while you were daignosing the issue originally). Days after we worked through that issue, and I picked the truck up and returned the loaner, we were contacted to return the loaner and pick my truck up. Again, this goes back to the ticket being left open becuase of the key charge issue. It was all just very disorganized.

I brought my vehicle in after it would not start and it was ultimately diagnosed as a faulty ECM. My feedback, however, is related to my service advisor - Destany Foreman - who on multiple occasions seemed to lack any concern or customer attention to communicate and follow-up with me. For example, I had to call 3 separate times to have my call returned no sooner than 4 hours later. I ended up picking up my vehicle as the part needed to be ordered and was told I could bring it back the following Monday - only to find out later by the service manager, Brian, that the technician only worked Wednesday-Sunday. Again, not an issue once that information was communicated, but a second example of lack of communication, since the only reason I found this information was by directly asking to speak to the service manager. Today, I dropped the vehicle back with Destany around 9:30am and at 4:30pm without any updates decided to call and check on its status. Destany responded "the ECM is still being programmed and I don't have an ETA". No offer to go check, no sense of any care, and if anything more a sense of annoyance with a verbal attitude. Overall, my experience with the dealership and service center has been positive up until this point which is why I've chosen to name the advisor directly and consider this an isolated experience.

I bought the Chevrolet Cobalt in 2006 and have gone every six months for Virginia State Inspection and emission test for the last 19 years. Each time I have gone there, your servicemen have treated me with complete respect, and they always do a 1o point inspection. I always get my oil changed and have them check the air in all my tires. A work in progress... to be completed on 4/21. So far the team has been GREAT... I have purchased 7 cars from Pohanka Chevrolet and have had 99% of my service done here. The only mishap was on 3/17 of this year, I was getting my car reinspected, it took over 5 hours because the inspector went home early and did not inspector my car, they had to have the Lexus inspector do it (very disappointing). Other than that, the work, customer service and professionalism, courtesy have always been OUTSTANDING! This is not said lightly as I am a 20 year US MARINE, and retail sales manager of 27 years. This dealership does not take reservations - it's first come, first serve. Difficult for someone who works a lot. No one greeted me upon arrival yesterday - when I walked into the area where there were multiple service providers, I had to initiate contact. I was there for oil change and my back-up camera had just stopped working - I was told that I would need to leave my car for several DAYS to diagnose the camera. I indicated that was impossible and asked for a quick peek to assess what next steps were. Was told 90 min for oil +/- a little extra for the camera. My data was nowhere in the system - I bought this car from this dealership < 6 months ago - poor form. No updates while I waited 2.5 hrs. While in the waiting room I heard interactions with no less than 5 other customers - not a single one was satisfied - there were multiple, long "negotiations/explanations" happening. My car was pulled up - I waited another 10 min for paperwork. Once paperwork came I was asked to sign it. When I asked about the camera I was told that the CSR needed to get someone to talk to me. Waited ANOTHER 15 min, only to be told that my < 6 month old car's back up camera "just isn't working" and they will order the part but I that I need to be prepared to wait for 4-8+ hrs. No explanation WHY this problem has occurred, no apologies. Now, everyone was polite and kind and trying but HOLY COW! I owned Kias for >10 years and NEVER had anything like this happen. Not feeling the love Pohanka Chevy...

I brought my car in on a Friday morning and the service representative (Cristian) was friendly and said it should be finished by the end of the day. When I didn't get a call on Friday, I called the dealership on Saturday and the helpful lady said she would go look and try to find out whether it was finished. After 5 or 10 minutes of looking, she said she couldn't tell if it was done, but would look more and call me back. There was no call back on Saturday. On Sunday I called the dealership again and Cristian explained that the person doing the service couldn't finish on Friday and it would be finished on Monday, and that they would let me know when it was finished. On Monday after noon they let me know it was finished and I asked to arrange the transportation service to pick me up from work at 3:45pm. Cristian said he would do that. I waited outside my work for 25 minutes but was not picked up, and Cristian was not able to answer text messages or phone calls during that time, so I called a taxi to pick up the vehicle instead. To make matters worse, when I got home and tried the newly replaced power liftgate, it still sagged about 10 seconds after it lifted. That was the reason for bringing it in, and I was hopeful that the expensive fix was worth it. Now I'll try to bring it back to the dealership one day soon to get it repaired again. Bummer.

Mixed bag, honestly. The sales team is very young and inexperienced, and doesn't really know their product. While my salesman was nice, he was very resistant to show me different options, instead pushing one of the vehicles on the lot very hard. The finance team offered me one price, and then found an "error" where one discount didn't apply and gave me a higher price. Bait-and-switch. I signed most of the paperwork, but couldn't finish due to being in the process of moving: I intend to come back in 1-2 days and take delivery. Now, I've discovered that the salesman misrepresented the available options - he told me there was no gas engine bigger than the turbo four, when actually there are two eight-cylinder options as well. So, I may walk out on the deal. The best part about this was the 0% financing, which is really the only reason why I might still buy the truck. When I go back, I expect them to make a lot of this right. We'll see what they choose to do.

If I could give a zero, I would. This visit was a series of errors,mishaps and poor customer service.On previous visits the representatives were much more engaged,knowledgeable and considerate.Jeffrey made excuses from start to finish over our concerns.In addition to the oil change/tire rotation we had a concern with what appeared to be rust on the Tahoe lighted insert on the floor board.Jeffrey blamed us right away and said we spilled something.He got a more senior service member and they disagreed with him. Christian Reyes looked into it and Chevrolet will be replacing the defective parts under warranty.The truck isn't even 2 years old.When my Tahoe was returned to me there was approx.a 1 to 1 1/2 ding in the middle of the drivers side door.Christian Reyes reviewed video and admitted fault.The dealership is paying to have it fixed.We then noticed metallic binding under the rear driver's side tire from boxes that were opened just outside the drive thru.We moved out of the drive thru service area and found it was not just the binding but a large screw had penetrated the tire near the side wall.Mr.Reyes tested for a leak, then brought the truck back into the bay.The tire could not be repaired,none were in stock and one had to be ordered.We had to drive out again today to have a new tire put on.We do not live in Virginia, we are just outside of Annapolis.It's over an hour drive to return to the dealership.We had to contact Jeffrey to see if the tire had come in,Jeffrey did not get on the phone for the inquiry and any subsequent phone call today.We had to wait on hold while other service reps answered our question.Jeffrey did not prioritize getting our vehicle serviced today.We waited over an hour and a half to have the tire put on.Jeffrey's attitude was that of unconcern that we were there even though NONE of this was our fault.We will be reviewing the "fine print" of the service contract and see if it can possibly be transferred to a local dealership or not bother coming back for service.It's not worth the gas,time and effort to be treated so thoughtlessly.Mr.Reyes tried to correct the wrongs,but the carelessness of the staff has caused a ton of unnecessary grief and a lot of wasted time.My past experiences with the service department have been very good. Yesterday's was a total fail in customer service.We bought our Tahoe from Pohanka because of the attentiveness of our salesman, Jonah.Makes me rethink that decision for the future.

I came in for an oil change and to get my emissions done. I also was asking about getting new tires. I came I. On my only day off this week. I am very thankful for the hours of operations for this dealership!! So I had my oil done . Then they parted my truck in the back. I could see it from where I was sitting. It sat there for over 20 min. I then did ask if everything was ok. They said all was finished and just forgot to bring my truck to the finish line. I then paid and went home. When I got home I was curious if the emissions got done cause I didn’t see any paper work for it or any info about it in my paper work. It ends up it was not done. I then came back Monday morning to see if I could get it done. I took off the behind part of my work shift ( I work commission, so if I am not working, I’m not making any money) So after getting there early , I made it and was 2nd in line. Then when the service center opened, I was told the emissions tech wasn’t in that day. So I ended up going to another place to get it done. I don’t feel too horrible about the experience cause all other times I have come, EVERYTHING is always good!!! So a one off is all good

The antenna cover came off my 2024 Traverse. The part was ordered and installed. But I didn't notice it right away that the cover was loose. It would have come off on the highway or in a carwash. I brought my car in because there were several warning lights on my dashboard, the tech couldn’t find anything when he checked but assumed it was battery. He said to do the inspection/ oil change and check the other issue it would be about 3 hours. I informed him I am the only driver at my home so I would have to wait for it. I got a text from my service person but I missed the call about replacing my battery and it was an hour before he called again. It was unclear if the battery was actually the problem but it was recommended to be fixed. I waited 5 hours for my car and got in a the message on the screen said “service suspension system”. I did not have time to go back but I’ll need to return soon.

I didn’t receive any notification that my vehicle was ready for pickup so I called after 3pm and upon arriving I found out that my paperwork was dropped off to the cashier at 10:30. Prior to leaving I asked one of the service team members for assistance to discuss my wash/wax and the first thing he tells me is that he’s getting off in the next 15 minutes to let me know that he could assist if it would be within those 15 minutes. My question was whether or not Tire dressing is included in the was and wax and he did let me know that the customer needs to make that request when requesting the service. Lastly, I would like to discuss what was actually done with my recall inspection and did it include an oil change?

I want to start by stating that I hardly ever give poor reviews, but I do review organizations very often as my Google reviews would indicate. I will likely spare your dealership of a poor review on Google given my local guide status. To begin, you all did such an amazing job on my new tires that I had to come back and honestly thought your dealership would be the one that I attended moving forward, but the poor communication from my visit was very hard for me to accept. I dropped off my vehicle early in the morning on day 1 and understood that there was a 24-48 hour turnaround for a diagnostic. That was fine. Well after 48 hours, I still didn't receive a call back and ultimately I chose to call myself. I was told that there was no update, but if I waited for the next day, my tech advisor would give me an update. I waited and still had no call/update. So I called again--now 72 hours went by... I was told that the tech couldn't find anything with my water leak in the cabin (out of the vents in the back and the OnStar panel in the front. I decided to wait for the next day understanding that this was a tough issue to find. I was given a good answer on fixing a secondary issue that I had (tire pressure loss)--that was great and I said please move forward and fix that. Now 96 hours passed and I still didn't get a call back. I decided to call again and was told that my secondary issue was good-to-go and they couldn't find my leak. OK. I told them that I would just come get my truck. I kept my truck with your dealership for 96 hours, didn't receive any proactive calls about my status at all. I now see a scratch where they clearly removed the OnStar panel at one of the leaking points and didn't inform me. I had no resolution on my leak. I honestly don't know if the tech actually did a diligent job on inspecting my truck. I understand that this is a tough issue, but no communication until I called, a scratch on my OnStar panel, and no possible solutions for my leak is tough to swallow considering how much having my truck being out for service inconvenienced my family. No loaner was offered either. I asked after the 3rd day and was told that there were none. OK. I'm only giving 2-stars versus 1-star because I did enjoy Destiny's approach in the beginning and the end when I came to pay. It was the only redeeming quality. I recommend not having a better response time if your dealership is going to allow a first-come-first-served policy for drop-offs and diagnostics.

I dropped off my vehicle at the dealership for oil change and tire rotation. I was given a recommendation for additional services so I accepted to get one of them done on the same day. Towards the end of the day, I still hadn’t heard back from the dealership so I attempted to both text and call my service advisor but she did not answer. I visited the dealership again hoping that my vehicle was ready for pick up but there was only one service advisor working at that time and he told me that my service advisor had already left without giving me any update on my vehicle and he was not sure if my vehicle was ready for pick up. He advised me to come back the next day. I came back the next day and another service advisor told me that the additional service hadn’t been performed yet. I told him that I would do it the next time I visit, and finally after an hour of waiting at the dealership I picked up my vehicle. I understand that the time I visited the dealership was very busy, however, I wish that my service advisor communicated with me better. If I knew my vehicle was not going to be ready for pick up on the first day I would not have come back to the dealership wasting my time.

Brought in vehicle for TPM for the tires. Inspection revealed new tires also required. 1st, minor issue but shop only had 3 sensors on hand and had to go get a 4th. Would think you try to keep at least 4 as usually all 4 recommended to replace when 1 goes bad. So had to wait a while. Came in at 7am and left after 1. 2nd, the new tires looked like they were run through mud when returned to us. Don't understand why you wouldn't at least wash the tires clean of whatever substance is used in the mounting process. Looked like you guys didn't care. I've been bringing this truck loyally to Pohanka since purchase in 2018. The last two visits no offer to wash the car, especially after this service. The car was dirtier leaving the shop than when brought in. Realize cleaning is a cost that has to be managed, but at least clean off the mess your team makes.

After a sloppy or non-existent vehicle check-in (we were only asked for a phone number and the keys) for a recalled air bag replacement on Tuesday evening at 8:30 pm with Asad, we called to check on the vehicle on Wednesday late afternoon since we hadn't heard anything. The person who answered the phone in service couldn't find the vehicle in the system and forwarded us to a woman, who also couldn't find the vehicle. After almost 10 minutes and lots of questions about who we checked in with and when, she said the vehicle was only showing for Asad and not all service reps. She finally found it and said that they were still working on it and it would most likely be ready Thursday morning. We then got a text message about 30 minutes later saying our vehicle was in process. Then we got a call and a text a couple of hours later saying the vehicle was ready. We then got another text Thursday morning saying it was ready and asking for feedback on our service experience. By the time we got to the dealership at 6:30 pm on Thursday, the cashier couldn't find the paperwork. After lots of questions and about 15 minutes of looking around, talking to service reps and calling Asad, the cashier and a service rep had to reprint the paperwork so we could checkout. The experience was unnecessarily time-consuming and frustrating. The only positive is that we got the airbag replaced. But the fact the dealership couldn't keep track of our vehicle gives us no confidence in their service. We would never go back to Pohanka Chevrolet for service again.

I brought my wife's 2018 Chevrolet Equinox for a minor service. First, the service advisor, Jefferey Blanco Bust, was most unpleasant. I was repeatedly met with "We are very busy....", whenever I asked a question (four times). I was never asked if I had discount coupons. It was as if the service advisor was doing me a favor by servicing my car. Second, I find it ridiculous that I had to spend 2 1/2 hours waiting for an oil change and windshield wiper replacement (8:30am -11:00am). Third, $153.03 for that service is extremely expensive and outrageous. Fourth, I told the service advisor that I did not want a complimentary car wash, however one was performed anyway, adding almost 20 minutes to my wait time. In nearly 25 years of doing business with Pohanka Chevrolet, this is the most horrible experience I have had there. I do not expect to receive a response or apology, but do intend to take my business elsewhere.

When I said I was concerned about even getting to a gas station, the service person we talked to said “ I don’t know what to tell you, I guess we could maybe go out $5 worth of gas in it.” We drove it across the street to the gas station and put 24.5 gallons of gas in it, my tank holds 25 gallons. When I brought it in it had a little under a half a tank, and per the paperwork the mechanics drove it several times during the repair process. I don’t expect a full tank of gas, but leaving it with half a gallon, after replacing the engine is ridiculous. Additionally the “service suspension system” warning came back on while driving it home the day we picked it up. As of Aug 23rd the check engine light is back on, and we’ll be returning it to Pohanka for resolution tomorrow.

My initial order for 2025 Corvette kept dragging and when I visited to dealership after 5 months to find out the reason for such delay, I was told that GM stopped producing 2025 model. I brought my car to Pohanka in July 2025 for an oil leak. I spoke with the technician about the leak coming from the timing chain cover (which was replaced at Pohanka in January 2025). In less than 24 hours, the tech told me the cam shaft carrier has failed and would need to be replaced for $2500. I asked if this would be covered under my extended warranty and he told me he would submit a claim. After 3 weeks and incessant calling (due to lack of communication from the tech), I reached out to the warranty myself. No claim had been submitted. I reached back out to Pohanka and a new tech was assigned to my car. A claim for the cam shaft carrier was submitted to the warranty. It was rejected due to "the oil is seeping out, not leaking" and instructed "bring it back when it is really leaking, like a drip". Two weeks later, I take it to Lindsay chevrolet for a second opinion and it is then discovered the timing chain cover is leaking and it is bad. The whole right side of my engine compartment is covered in oil and they have to top it off with more oil. Lindsay instructed that Pohanka needs to fix/replace their work. I take my car to Pohanka and a claim is submitted to the warranty. After a week with no information from Pohanka, I call the warranty place who tells me they've approved a claim and pohanka is fixing it. Another week passes, Pohanka calls me to tell me my car is ready for pick up. Upon picking my car up, I see the coolant tank is basically empty. I asked them to fill it up since it is on the claim. This entire project took 3 months.

In October, they do a 12-point inspection, oil change, and winterize my car. In April, I have been getting Virginia State and Federal Inspections and have passed all these years. Your service has been excellent, and I now have 61,000 miles, and the car is running very well. This past visit, my bill was $133.00, and I think that is fantastic. People always talk about how dealerships are very expensive when it comes to inspecting your car for problems. I have had no problems with going there every 6 months. I took my truck in for an oil change and to replace one TPMS sensor. Was told at check in that they would take care of it. Once the tech took a look, I received a call saying that I should replace all 4 and it would be $200 each. I said no not at this time and after a few minutes I received another call saying that none of them are working so they all would need to changed out because they all communicate back to the computer together. Simple research tells you that you can just replace one if needed. While it is true that the batteries will eventually go bad, and will have to be switched out they all should not go bad while in the shop when 3 worked before taking it in. Seems like this is a scam or the tech did something wrong when programming/replacing it.

I am very disappointed with the service I received this time. I understand that delays can happen, and I can be patient as long as I am informed in advance. However, the communication and handling of my vehicle over the past several days were extremely unacceptable. I dropped off my car on Friday night and was told it would be ready on Saturday. When I received no update, I called later that evening and was then told it would be ready on Sunday. I tried to be understanding, thinking that since I dropped the car off late on Friday, delays might happen. Still, if I had been notified earlier, I could have planned my weekend differently instead of waiting at home for updates that never came. The next day, when I called again, I was told that the rim was damaged, needed to be replaced, and had to be ordered, so the car would instead be ready on Tuesday. I was upset, but I asked once more to confirm whether Tuesday was guaranteed, and I was assured that it would definitely be completed on that day. However, throughout the entire day on Tuesday, each time I checked the app, my car was still in the same parking spot, exactly where I had left it on Friday, with the tire still flat. It had never been moved into the service area. I contacted the manager, and I was told the service advisor would arrive at 2 p.m. and that I would be contacted afterward. I specifically asked to be updated before I had to call again. But by 2:30 p.m., no one had reached out to me, so I called again. This time, I was told the car would definitely be ready today—likely by 5 p.m.—and that they would call me if anything changed. Around 6 p.m., I finally received a call saying the car should be ready between 6 and 7 p.m. To be safe, I said I would come after 8 p.m., and I arrived at around 8:50 p.m. Only then was I told that the technician had left without completing the work, and that if I wanted the repair finished that night, I would need to wait another hour. At that point, I felt completely disappointed, even though I was still trying to be understanding. My car was still parked in the exact same spot I had seen on Friday—it had clearly not been touched until around 9:15 p.m., when it was finally moved into the service bay. The tire replacement began only at that time. I assumed the rim was also being replaced, based on what I had been told earlier, but in the end only the two damaged front tires were changed. When I asked about the rim, I was unexpectedly told that it could not be replaced until the tire protection claim was submitted and approved. I want to clarify that I originally purchased the tire protection directly from Pohanka, and I was told that I do not need to file the claim myself—that Pohanka would handle the entire claim process. The advisor also said they had already taken photos and had what they needed to submit the claim. So I asked: “Once you submit the claim, get the approval, and receive the rim in stock, when do you expect it to arrive?” The advisor told me it would likely be next Tuesday or Wednesday. I then asked whether I should call back, but he told me that he would contact me once everything was ready. I said that when he contacts me, I will arrange my schedule and come in for the repair. I purchased my car at Pohanka because I trusted the dealership, and I also purchased the tire protection plan here. But throughout this experience, I felt ignored, misled, and left completely uninformed. It even made me wonder whether my limited English affected how I was treated, or whether I was simply not taken seriously. I cannot express how upsetting and discouraging this experience has been. Although this issue is not fully resolved, I am willing to wait until next week and give Pohanka one more chance. Please do not disappoint me again. I truly hope the remaining steps will be handled professionally and on time.

I brought my vehicle in for the VA safety / state inspection. The gentleman who waited on me when I first arrived (at approx. 11:50 am) was very pleasant and told me that they are very busy so it may take 2 or more hours. Okay, I understand. It’s a Saturday and all. I’m glad he was honest about the wait time. I was sent a text from Asad (not sure if this is the same person from earlier) shortly after leaving my vehicle for service. It said should I need anything throughout my visit, to reply or call directly. So, after 2 hours of waiting and not receiving any updates, I replied to the text asking for an update. I did not get any response back. I went and asked the cashier to see if she could get an update (she said she didn’t know anything about how the text messages work). When she came back, she said that it was done and bringing my vehicle up. It was just frustrating to have any communication while I was waiting. This dealership used to be better at providing these sort of updates. Even the last time I brought it in for service, staff was lacking communication.

I came in for safety inspection and also requested that my tires be inflated. When I picked up the car, the tires were not inflated as requested. The car was making an unusual noise, I drove less that a quarter to add air to the tires and immediately returned to the dealership. At that time, I was informed that there was a large bolt lodged in the sidewall of one of the tires and the tire needed to be replaced. When picking up the vehicle afterward, I waited approximately 30 minutes because the keys could not be located. I explained this entire incident to the service technician who brought my car to me, and he offered a complimentary oil change.

Pohanka Chevrolet Months later, my car developed an electrical issue. I brought it back to the dealership, but they had no loaner available, forcing me to take an Uber home. When I returned to check on the car—since no one bothered to answer my calls—I learned they hadn’t even looked at it. Eventually, they gave me a loaner, but it didn’t have its registration card. I didn’t realize this until I was pulled over and not only got a speeding ticket, but also another ticket for missing registration. After weeks of waiting, they told me my car had “no issues.” When I explained the ticket situation, they promised to reimburse me if I paid it myself. I did, but afterward they dodged responsibility with endless excuses. When I finally escalated the matter to Service Manager Larry Shifflett, things only got worse. He was rude, dismissive, and treated me with complete disrespect, refusing to even acknowledge my request. From the sales manager’s attitude to Larry Shifflett’s unprofessional behavior, this dealership has shown me nothing but poor service and disrespect. I would never recommend Pohanka Chevrolet to anyone.

I usually have Bryant Burrill take care of my car. I understand he left Pohanka. I met with Adam Ledo, who promised me to take care of my oil change, add brake fluid and have emissions inspection done. I was informed the emissions computer was broken. Adam wasn't sure when it would be fixed but I could contact him to check. Adam's day off was the next day (Wednesday). I called Adam on Thursday. He didn't have an inspector available until the afternoon, which worked for me. We agreed on 2pm. When all is done, it took a return trip to get the emissions complete and an hour wait. The initial oil change and adding brake fluid cost $447.62 for this Senior Citizen at Christmastime. The return trip was $30 for the emissions for a total of $477.62. I will probably return to Jiffy Lube. No more savings exist at Pohanka, Merry Christmas.

He showed me the rest of the Traverses they had in stock and the one he pointed out that he liked, I happened to like too. He and the staff took time to work the numbers and I ended up with a beautiful Traverse Z71 that I’m extremely happy with. I brought my 2013 Suburban in for a tire rotate and balance using a service coupon. Adam was my Service Advisor and wrote the service order and offered a multi-point inspection noting it would require more time. I purchased my vehicle there, so when I found a nail in my tire I called to see if they could help. The service rep said come on in, we’re not that busy and we’ll take care of that for you. (2.5 hrs!!!….2 and a half hours later it’s done , but only after me asking about it. What is wrong with your shop. This isn’t my first time something simple taking hours . My inspection took just as long a couple months ago. Unacceptable

Went in for a quick oil change, arriving before 9am so as to assure an in and out scenario. Service representative told me that it could be one to two hours. Forty-five minutes later, my Traverse was sitting in the service lane in the out going direction. meaning it was done and ready for pick up. Went to receptionist and inquired if it was ready, she told me that she didn't have the paperwork. Another forty-five minutes later the paperwork showed up and was handed to me by the Service Rep. So, was the truck ready in the time proposed yes, but waiting forty-five minutes for the paperwork was not expected and seems excessive.

I purchased a new car on December 24, 2025, expecting to enjoy long drives. However, on the 7th day, the check engine light turned on. I immediately took the car to the service center, where I was informed that they would need two days to diagnose the issue. Since the car was brand new and I needed transportation for an emergency, I requested a loaner vehicle. I was told that a loaner would be provided only after the diagnosis and only if the repair took more than two days. After two days, I received a call stating that the issue was with the fuel injectors and that the car would be ready the next day, so I did not pursue the loaner request at that time. The next day, I called the service center more than 20 times, but no one answered. On Monday, I again tried calling my service advisor, Alex, multiple times with no response. I then contacted customer service and asked them to transfer the call to him. When I finally spoke to Alex, he told me that the part had already arrived earlier, but the mechanic was on leave, so the car would be repaired the next day. I again requested a loaner vehicle. Alex said none were available that day but promised one for the next day. He also assured me that the car would be repaired early the next morning as soon as the mechanic arrived, so I agreed to wait. The next day, I again made multiple calls with no response. Later, I found out that the mechanic was present, but Alex was not at work, even though he had promised he would be. When I visited the service center in person, I was told that the part had actually arrived that day (Tuesday) and that the mechanic was busy. This directly contradicted what Alex had told me earlier, meaning I was misinformed. On Tuesday, I again requested a loaner, but none were available. I was told that on Wednesday morning, my car would be repaired first. However, the next day, the mechanic responded rudely, stating that he had many cars to work on and would not prioritize mine. Eventually, I was given a loaner car, and finally, on Thursday, my car was repaired. Overall, the repair took an entire week, and I was provided a loaner vehicle for only one day, even though this issue should have been resolved within two days, especially for a brand-new car. I am extremely disappointed with the service quality, lack of communication, broken promises, and unprofessional behavior. I am paying a significant amount for this vehicle, and this experience is unacceptable.
